This deck seems kitschy at first glance, but can actually do some deep shadow readings if desired. Loosly following the RWS schematic, the artwork in this deck speaks very well to mental and physical health issues by using pills, knives, cigarettes, and bottles in lieu of the traditional suits. There are also two bonus cards for FRIEND and ENEMY, for those who want clear cut yes/no divination.
